HMI and Asan Medical Center are planning a joint symposium in Seoul, Korea
entitled “Nanotechnology in Biology and Medicine.” For many

nascent field is devising several applications that have the potential
to change the way medicine is practiced. HMI World looks at some of the
nanotechnology research in the works and how this new field will change
medicine.
